Store Polices

At Frontier Firearms:

  • We stand behind every new or used gun we sell.

  • We give every customer who buys a firearm from us a free, one-time pass to our range! (Excluding transfer guns)

Layaway:

  • 60-day layaway

  • 30% deposit

  • There is a $50 fee for layaway cancellations.

  • Guns or items left in layaway after 60 days will be returned to stock and are subject to a $50 restocking fee.

  • The deposit remaining after deducting the $50 restocking / cancellation fee will be refunded upon request.

  • Credit card refunds will be subject to a 5% fee.

  • Payments made by Credit or Debit cards are subject to a Credit Card 5% processing fee

  • Transferring a layaway to another gun or changing items is a cancellation of the original layaway and is subject to the $50 fee.

  • Deposits and Payments made by Credit or Debit cards are subject to our Credit Card Policy 5% processing fee

Returns:  No Receipt = No Returns;  After 30 Days = No Returns

 
Non-Defective Goods - Excluding New Firearms and Exceptions Below:
  • All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in “new”, resalable condition.

  • Frontier Firearms cannot accept returns of used merchandise or merchandise that is not “new” or is missing its original packaging.

  • No returns or exchanges without a cash register receipt

  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

  • Within 30 days, with receipt refunds may be for exchange, store credit, cash, check, or credit card depending on the method of payment when merchandise was purchased.

  • Merchandise purchased by credit or debit card is subject to 10% restocking fee based on the original price including tax.

Defective Goods - Excluding Firearms and Exceptions Below:
  • Defective merchandise is covered by the Manufacturer's warranty and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement according to their policy.

  • Within 30 days at Frontier Firearms sole discretion, defective merchandise with a cash register receipt may be exchanged or returned less a restocking fee.

  • After 30 days, defective goods must be returned by you to the manufacturer per their policy.

  • No exchanges without a cash register receipt.

  • No exchanges  after 30 days.

Firearms - Defective or Otherwise  NO REFUNDS
  • New firearms may NOT be returned for full credit - even if never fired because we must re-sell them as USED.  However, we will allow returns subject to a 20% restocking or we'll take your firearm in on trade (less the 20% restocking fee) toward another gun.

  • Defective firearms must be serviced (repaired) according to the Manufacturer’s warranty.

  • That said, if the new firearm you bought from us has a problem and does not work, we will try to work something out for you.  After testing the firearm to make sure the malfunction isn't just an ammunition or other issues, we'll talk about the possible solutions - whether it is repairing the gun, sending it off for the manufacturer to fix, or giving you store credit less a restocking fee toward something else.

  • Used firearms may be exchanged for another firearm or merchandise with no re-stocking fee within three days of purchase unless they have been altered or damaged.

Exceptions:
  • Ammunition may not be returned or exchanged – no exceptions.  You, the purchaser must make sure the ammunition you are purchasing will work in your firearm.  Frontier Firearms will not be responsible if you purchase the incorrect ammunition.  We will not be held for responsible for selling you the wrong ammunition if you do not have your firearm with you.

  • Scopes, optics, gun parts, rings, mounts, lights, electronic sights may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

  • Special Orders may not be returned.

  • Products with sealed packaging that has been opened may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Markdown and items sold "as is", "used", or items that have been installed or used after receipt may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Defective merchandise will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Store Credit means the customer will be issued an in-store credit for the value of the returned goods (less any applicable re-stocking fee).

Exchange means returned merchandise may be exchanged for merchandise that is equal in value (after deducting any applicable re-stocking fee)to the original item.
