Ladies First: Handgun & Concealed Carry Permit Class
We provide everything you need for the class, including the use of our handguns, ammunition, targets, and eye and ear protection.
This engaging class takes place in both the classroom and our indoor firing range, where you will learn the essential knowledge and skills necessary for the safe handling, use, and storage of firearms and ammunition.
The Ladies First class covers a variety of topics, including firearm safety, the different types of handguns, handgun features, and how to properly hold, aim, load, unload, and shoot a gun. We also discuss important considerations when purchasing a pistol or revolver.
This ladies-only class reviews current Tennessee laws regarding carrying a handgun and addresses the legal implications of using deadly force. Best of all, completing our Ladies First class qualifies you for the Tennessee Concealed Handgun Carry Permit*.
Our four-hour class is designed to help you become proficient in shooting before you leave.
We highly recommend this course for women who are new to handguns, those seeking to obtain a Tennessee Concealed Carry Permit, and individuals looking for a refresher course.
*Please note that ladies wishing to obtain their Tennessee Concealed Carry Permit must apply through the Tennessee Department of Safety and pay a fee of $65 for an eight-year permit.
